KLISS Athletics
Our boarders had more success at a school athletics meeting, this time at the Kuala Lumpur International Secondary Schools Athletic Championships. Those competing were required to rise early for a nutritious breakfast in preparation for a big day ahead and there were some brilliant achievements by both day learners and boarders from Nexus.
Term 2 Week 8

ISAC Athletics
Twenty boarders were selected to represent Nexus at the International Schools Athletic Confederation (ISAC) competition at Alice Smith School last Saturday. Although it proved to be a tough day against some huge schools it was by far our best showing yet.

We left for Putrajaya Lake, some in anticipation of what was to come and some fully aware of what they were about to get themselves into. Sky Warrior, an obstacle course that overhangs the lake, requires determination, agility and strength to complete.

As there was no school due to Thaipusam Day, Ms Scout, Ms Bobby and twenty five boarders headed off on a great adventure to Broga Hill, Having woken at 4.00am with tired eyes all ventured to Broga Hill, about a 40 minute drive from Nexus.
