Stocking up on essentials
Last minute changes were made in boarding last weekend but this did not stop our boarding community having fun and cooperating with each other.

Community Service at RKK
Last Saturday we welcomed the children from Rumah Keluarga Kami (RKK) to our boarding house for them to spend time with our boarders baking, decorating picture frames, playing dodgeball in the sports hall, as well as being taught how to play the piano and to ride a bike.

Climbing at Beast Park
Last Saturday we headed out to try the new ‘Beast Park’ at Sungei Wang. Our first challenge after the health and safety briefing enabled us all to take on the climbing walls, while some had a go at top roping and bouldering.

Community Outreach at Cat Shelter
As a continuation of our Community Outreach in the boarding house, our boarders visited the S.I Home Cat Shelter in Shah Alam. Many of our Year 12 learners volunteered their Service which is an element of CAS in their IB Diploma Programme.

Shopping, swimming, and a yummy dinner
Last weekend was relatively quiet as there were two separate activities on Saturday, as the older boarders embarked on a morning shopping trip to IOI, and in the afternoon the swimming pool was opened and the junior boarders enjoyed splashing around as Ms Bobby led them in a fun swim.

Our weekend before mid-term break began with an early morning bike ride followed by a session in the fitness suite for those that wanted to workout indoors.
