An Interesting End To The Week

Last weekend was an interesting end to the week. On Friday after dinner we had popcorn and some soft drinks while watching Home Alone 2. On Saturday we went to laser tag at Mid Valley. We played 3 rounds where the first one was 'Free for All' and after that we had two games of 'Team Deathmatch'. We beat two other unknown teams by quite a margin.

It's been yet another jam-packed week for boarding, especially for the Floor 3 boys. On Wednesday, Floor 2 and Floor 3 were pitted against each other in our termly inter-floor games. I-City water park

Last weekend on Saturday, a few of the boarders went to the I-City water park. The ride I enjoyed the most was the Tornado. I liked it the best because it was the most thrilling ride in the park. We all had so much fun.
Trip To the KL Tower & KLCC

This outing was the last one of my two years of boarding life. We first went to the KL tower for sight seeing, where we took the elevator which went to the observation deck in 54 seconds. The deck provided us with a 360 degree view of KL. The view was so clear that we could even see the school.

Volunteers for KLISS

Last week was amazing because on Saturday we had an event called KLISS. My friends and I decided to volunteer to help out during that day. We signed up for basketball press. The primary students had to throw a basketball as far as they could. Our job was to measure the distance of the throw and call out the names of the competitors.
Jungle Trek & A Canopy Walk

Last Saturday nine students went to FRIM to take part in a jungle trek followed by a canopy walk. We arrived around 11 o’clock and hiked for 30 minutes. This was particularly difficult as it was a steep uphill climb with a lot of stairs, though we could stop at benches along the way catch our breath take pictures, as well as our guide showing us different plants and animals....

My Very Busy Week In The Nexus Boarding House

Many events unfolded during the span of this week. On Wednesday the 12th of March, a few of the boarders (me included) went to an organ recital at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas KLCC. Sunway Lagoon Amusement & Waterpark

On 7th of March 2015 the Nexus boarders had a trip to Sunway Lagoon amusement and waterpark. All the boarders thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the waterpark, with the wave pool and the slides. Most of the learners took quite a liking to the Vuvuzela ride, which took you through a tunnel and then opened up to a huge funnel where we got soaked.
