Theme Park and Prom
The main talking point around boarding this week has been about the 'Casino Royale' Prom which was held at the Grand Millenium Hotel in KLCC on Saturday evening. Those representatives from the Student Council spent all afternoon preparing the function room with props and decorations. All learners and staff who attended looked absolutely splendid in their suits or ball frocks!
Some boys visited Berjaya Time Square Theme Park on Saturday afternoon. The dodgem cars appeared to be the favourite as the lads enjoyed crashing into each other. As there was only a small number of boarders present on Saturday evening we all enjoyed 'eating out' opting for Nandos, Thai or Subway at Alamanda Mall.
Alex O and Irfan performed superbly at their music recitals on Tuesday evening. They were well supported by a majority of boarders. It is great to see a lot of junior boys practising on their skateboards. They can often be seen on school grounds and we have even chosen a slot during Wednesday afternoons for them to visit and improve their skateboarding skills at the local skatepark.
