Lately in Boarding
Having arrived into the role as Director of Boarding and being welcomed by boarders, parents and staff the beginning of term has been somewhat hectic! Since arriving back from the holidays, our Year 11-13 boarders have been revising extremely hard in preparation for their mock exams.
The first weekend was relatively low key with a visit to IOI for a spot of shopping while a van load of boarders participated in archery at Sunway last weekend.
CCA (co-curricular activities) commenced last week and it is great to see all of our boarders involved. We all look forward to the Singles' Pool Competition starting next week in the boarding house.
Two of our senior boarders Riana and Aiman performed magnificently as main characters Sandy and Danny, in the school production Grease which took place last week. Vicky as Ms Lynch was also a standout in a very humorous and enjoyable production. Maziah was also involved in a supporting role in the ensemble cast. Recognition must also be given to several other members of boarding who assisted with backstage and front of house duties. Well done all!
