The Wolves Come Running
Jun 13, 2018
Recently, the Nexus Wolves Running Club raced towards the finish line of another group reply race called PAR 14, Series 2.
Held at Padang Merbok in Kuala Lumpur on June 10, the collective run is an annual mission for the Nexus Wolves Running Club, and this year certainly did not disappoint. Every year, the event gathers teams of five runners, with at least one female participant, for the run. The rules are simple: each runner must run a distance of 3 KM before passing the baton on to the next person. At the end of the race, the first team who completes the 15 KM distance wins.
This year, Nexus was represented well by ten teams including staff, learners, and parents. After a day of physical and mental endurance, the Nexus teams completed the run on a high note. Our school was also presented with a trophy for most team participation.
The Nexus Wolves Running Club would like to thank the Nexus teams who participated in the race. Well done, everyone did themselves and the school proud!
