I am delighted to be returning to Malaysia once again, a country I love and know very well having spent over a decade there. I am originally from Sunderland in the UK and am currently teaching in Hong Kong. My passion for music through my childhood led me to study a Classical Music degree, a Masters degree in Jazz and then a PGCE in Music Education.
I have led several Music and Performing Arts departments over the years and really enjoy bringing music to life right at the heart of a school. Nexus is perfectly placed and equipped to bring the magic of music education to life and I cannot wait to make music.
Outside of school I am passionate about trail running and marathon running and recently completed a 12 hour trail run in Hong Kong. As a dedicated father there is no greater honour than that of raising my wonderful child.
